Orders

Sheridonna Designs reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or errors in product information.
If Sheridonna Designs cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Bespoke & Custom Design
Bespoke and custom garments are individually developed according to the client's project requirements, measurements, design direction, and agreed scope of work.
Custom design projects may require consultations, deposits, fittings, approvals, and additional payments. Project-specific pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment requirements will be communicated separately.
Because bespoke and custom garments are created specifically for an individual client, cancellation, alteration, and refund terms may differ from those applicable to ready-to-purchase merchandise and will be communicated as part of the custom design process.
Consultations & Services
Consultations and other professional services are subject to the terms presented when the service is booked.
Unless otherwise stated, consultation fees compensate Sheridonna Designs for reserved appointment time and professional expertise and are separate from the cost of garments, materials, product development, alterations, or additional services.
Any service-specific cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions presented at booking form part of the terms of that booking.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Sheridonna Designs name, branding, logos, fashion illustrations, original designs, photographs, graphics, written content, product concepts, artwork, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Sheridonna Designs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, commercially exploited, or represented as another person's work without prior written authorization from Sheridonna Designs LLC, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Fashion Designs & Creative Work
Original fashion illustrations, garment designs, design concepts, creative materials, and other proprietary work displayed on this website are presented as part of the Sheridonna Designs portfolio and brand.
