Do you offer custom clothing?
Yes. Sheridonna Designs specializes in bespoke womenswear and custom statement garments developed around each client's measurements, personal style, and design vision.
How do I begin a bespoke design project?
Begin by purchasing a Private Design Consultation through our website. During your consultation, we will discuss your vision, garment requirements, preferred silhouette, timeline, and other important project details.
How much does a private design consultation cost?
Our Private Design Consultation is $100 for 60 minutes. The consultation fee is separate from the cost of your custom garment and is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Does purchasing a consultation automatically book my appointment?
No. Consultation appointments are arranged individually and confirmed directly by Sheridonna Designs to ensure availability and appropriate preparation.
How much does a custom garment cost?
Custom design pricing varies according to the garment, materials, construction requirements, and complexity of the project. Your consultation allows us to review your requirements before providing project-specific pricing.
Can I commission a garment if I live outside Maryland?
Remote projects may be considered depending on the design, measurements, fitting requirements, and project logistics. We assess each commission individually to determine the most appropriate approach.
How long does the bespoke design process take?
Timelines vary according to design complexity, material availability, fittings, and our production schedule. Estimated timelines are discussed during your consultation.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I determine my size?
Visit our Size Guide for measurement instructions and sizing information. Please review the measurements associated with your selected garment rather than relying exclusively on your usual clothing size.
Are your garments made using standard sizing?
Our ready-to-wear sizing references differ from our bespoke design process. Bespoke garments are developed around the individual client's measurements and design requirements.
How should I care for my Sheridonna Designs purchase?
Care requirements depend on the product and materials. Follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. If you require additional guidance, contact us before cleaning or treating your garment or accessory.
Shipping & Returns
Where can I find shipping information?

Do you accept returns?
Eligible unused merchandise may qualify for return within 14 days, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Certain products and services, including used hair accessories, bespoke garments, and consultations, are excluded except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Can I return a custom-made garment?
Because bespoke garments are developed specifically for individual clients, they are generally not eligible for standard returns. Please review our applicable policies and project terms before commissioning your garment.
